Just happened upon this place and boy did I land on a gem! They serve Vietnamese and Burmese dishes.

Location previously was Miss Saigon.. there are similar menu items.. spring rolls were good.. slightly bigger but could use more sauce.. I tried the Burmese garlic noodles.. flavor was lighter than expected.. being a garlic lover I’m used to a very heavy and distinct flavor.. also had the grilled pork banh mi.. the grilled pork had a lighter flavor but overall it was a good sandwich.. Will need to try another banh mi.. wifey had the papaya salad.. very very refreshing with the right kind of spice sweetness and acid.. she also got the vermicelli with the grilled pork and egg rolls.. very similar to Miss Saigons but again a lighter flavor/seasoning to the pork.. Will definitely come back and try other menu items..

Stopped in for a quick lunch and it was amazing! Delicious vermicelli salad and garlic noodles! Both dishes were seasoned perfectly with both bold and subtle flavors. Everything was super fresh. Best Asian food we have had in the area!

Miss Saigon was really great, had been going there for almost a decade. Well.. was surprised today with a new ownership- I guess that the new name is mommy-mom or something? Pho serving size is cut way down, the chicken was so old and gross I’m glad I sniffed/ tasted a piece and promptly spit it out. Miss Saigon always used fresh pulled chicken. The broth for the pho ga now tastes simply like bouillon cubes. They also did not have tofu in stock for vegan spring rolls- I can’t shrimp due to an allergy so these have always been a staple. I highly recommend saving your money and going just about anywhere else. Bye Miss Saigon- the end of an era.

This might be the most disappointing pho I’ve ever had. I saw most of the poor reviews were about their chicken pho, and plenty of folks that frequented Miss Saigons has positive reviews so figured the beef pho was worth trying. There was absolutely no flavor. Additionally purchased paid $5 for extra meat, and their total portion was still less than you’d get from a regular order at any other pho restaurant in the area. The remodel looked nice inside and staff was friendly, but that’s all this place has going for them unfortunately.

This is not Vietnamese authentic food , they are just Vietnamese Style. Small portions , fish sauce are salty for the rice and vermicelli noodle sauce taste just like Vinegar. The pork spring rolls are dried and took a while to order and deliver food. It was only 3 tables at the moment. The server young lady is sweet. I drove 30 mins just for a try and will never come back.
