Today, I went in to Mom’s U-Bake and was quickly greeted by a friendly staff.He helped me find the Turkey and Bacon sandwich that I found on their online menu. The air conditioner was on and I loved the Coca-Cola decorations. I gave my 3 boys a quarter each and they chose the awesome Chicken egg and watched it make a chicken sound and dispense a egg filled with a toy. My sandwich was made and off we went. I give this place a A+. We will definitely be back. Great job everyone!

We like their pizza. It’s very convenient to take the pizza home and cook it. However the staff ALWAYS try to get you not to order. They always say the pizza is gonna take 30 or 40 minutes to make. Or they say it’s almost closing time can you be here before 8. So the staff is running customers off. My grandbabies like the pizza and the prices are good so we continue to buy our pizzas here. Tonight 3/28/2023 the staff said they are no longer making cold drinks. Which i see the smoothie machine is clean, they just didn’t want to dirty dishes.

I arrived at 6pm on a Monday night and was refused service for it being to busy. I have never in my life been refused service at an open restaurant that still had two hours left to go. Not very good business etiquette. And this was at their least busiet time according to their website! I work at a restaurant and we NEVER refuse service to anyone no matter how long it takes to finish. As long as we are open, then customers are allowed to order. And when i first tried calling i got no answer which again isn’t good for business period. I think they should get someone who knows how to run a restaurant and let them do it.

Customer Service doesn’t really exist there. They tried giving me a pizza that I didn’t order and then they just picked off the toppings to make it the pizza I ordered. The picked off items contained one that I have an high allergic reaction to and I could of spent the night in the hospital if I had eaten it. Luckily I saw what they were doing and asked cancelled the order. Still cost me $5 as they did not refund my tip. All the while the employees shedding off an I don’t give a darn attitude. Their pizza quality from other orders is mediocre. Only ubake in town. Sad as I’ll probably never go there again. Whomever owns this business could be making tons of $ but I’ve seen others receive bad service here and at the other location that recently closed and who wants to give their hard earned money for bad service and mediocre food!!!???
