I don’t normally bad mouth anyone, and I understand they are a new business and maybe working out the kinks, but we sat for 15 minutes and no server ever came over to us so we left. They weren’t that busy so I don’t understand why. Give them a while to figure out what they’re doing, and it may be a good place to eat. Don’t know if the food is worth the price they’re asking for.

As a newly opened restaurant I think they did a great job. Our food came out quickly and was enjoyable. The servers were pleasant. The atmosphere a bit more towards the “sports bar” side of things than the “steakhouse” side, but I’d go back again.

We reserved a table at Monaco last minute during our honeymoon in Glacier and we will forever be happy that we did! We put in the comments that we were here for our honeymoon. When we arrived (early!) we let them know we could hang at the bar but the hostess let us know our table was ready. When we got to our table there were some roses and baby’s breath and a note that read “a little something”.. this was so special to us! We ordered two appetizers, bacon wrapped jalapeños with cream cheese and a bowl of Mac and cheese. Both were phenomenal! My husband ordered the NY strip and I ordered the Monaco burger and we both loved our meals! Our server was amazing. We definitely recommend and will be back if we are ever in the area again!!

First time at this place. Pleasantly surprised. We came to celebrate a anniversary and wow! We had onion rings for appetizer, ribeye, halibut special and dessert. All excellent. Wait staff was excellent too… shout out to Reuben.

Worst experience ever!! We had stopped here to get some takeout for the drive home and from the start the waiters had given us attitude when we asked if we can order for takeout. We sat down, ordered and the girl was impatient and rude the whole time. She cut us off and wouldn’t look at us and would try to argue and make rude remarks while we ordered. After ordering, we waited for our food for a bit and no one said anything to us at all which was fine but then she brought out a part of our order to dine in, simple mistake, when we told her we asked for it to go then she made a point to say that we never ordered it to go and tried to argue with me, when I had said we asked for it to go she shot me the ugliest look and then we waited more. Another guy brought us our food and then we had to wait for her to bring our bill, she came and threw our receipt at us without a word and walked away. We are from Canada so we had an issue using the QR code to pay and she never came back to help us with it, the guy came around and helped us but not without another dirty look because apparently doing your job is a major inconvenience. When we got our food to go we noticed that they forgot the sauce for our steak, there were no napkins, and no cutlery. Maybe it’s just where I’m from, but to earn your tips you should be at the very lease polite in some manner and again it could just be prejudice because I am native but that was a HORRIBLE experience.
