We opened our restaurant in August 2016 to share our family recipes. Our family is from Dalat, a French resort town high in the mountains of South Vietnam. Our food is handcrafted the way our family has been cooking for generations.
We wanted to offer healthy, authentic Vietnamese food from Dalat. We make our dishes from scratch using fresh herbs and spices. We dont use MSG or artificial flavoring. We offer many different food options including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, low carb and keto friendly options.

Awesome place! Family owned. The passion, and the care of the owners is very genuine. Definitely the most unique Vietnamese food I have had. Came here for lunch. Had the vegan spring rolls, vegan curry, and hubby had the shaken beef. The place is super clean, very nice, and you can feel the positive energy. We were greeted with many smiles and had a wonderful lunch! Next time will try the cocktails!

Best Vietnamese food in all of OC. Definitely don’t leave without trying to shaken beef. Vermicelli bowl! My favorite is the lychee drink they have and get the shaken beef with rice every single time and it’s so fulfilling I never wanna share it!

The oxtail fried rice is the new go to here. Man is that good! Luckily I split 2 entrees with my girlfriend this time, so I was also able to get the shaken beef. Both are outstanding. If you’re thinking about getting a dessert, the Madeleines are delicious. Get your Madeleine reheated, it was so worthwhile. Thank you Monarch 9 for the awesome lunch experience!

I always like good sized parking lots since it’s easy to just pull in – but normally when there’s a lot of parking is a bad sign. Fortunately for us, we walked in and this place was filled “just right”. The only thing that caught us off guard was to order the food up front and we were seated only because we looked confused.
