5 stars for the sunset views. 4 stars for the service. We’ve had brunch and dinner at Monarch Bay Beach Club. We love taking the trolley from the hotel down to the beach. The dinner menu could use some new options. Brunch menu is pretty solid. Both times the service was a bit slow, which is really my only complaint. Overall, a great spot to eat when you’re standing at WAMB

A gem. Not high brow, not fancy but the poke is better than most in Hawaii and the service is just first rate. Don’t listen to anyone say they are full or at capacity, they do it to avoid getting overrun. Come, drink, eat the poke bowl and enjoy being on the sand. Oh, and bring the kids, it’s very kid friendly

Delicious food with great service. We had the Shrimp Ceviche for our appetizer, then Fish & Chips and the Flounder for entrees. Rounded out with Peach Cobbler for dessert. The service was great and the location overlooking the beach made for a really great evening.

Obviously a top notch place. Helpful staff. Attentive to comfort. But truly great food, too. We had brunch and the coffee was delicious. We had the yummy French toast and a really killer breakfast burrito. The view unmatched. And heaters were rolled over for our table to improve our comfort. Would highly recommend just know you need to be a member or with permission from a member.

We made reservations the night before our anniversary to watch the sunset. This was also during Super Bowl. The restaurant brought us complimentary champagne glasses to enjoy! We started with Super Bowl Special smoked chicken wings and they were delicious! A plate with 3 sourdough rolls and butter were brought complimentary. We shared a bowl of clam chowder. I had French dip sandwich with parmesan truffle french fries. My wife had garlic grilled shrimp tacos. The tacos each had a lot of shrimp and she could only eat 2 tacos, second one she didn’t use taco shell and ate shrimp with shredded carrots that were at the bottom. The server took our picture during sunset and was very nice! We moved to the bar to watch the last quarter of the Super Bowl and our server brought me coffee. He later brought us a complimentary raspberry desert. My wife had a Moscow Mule cocktail. We took a tram to and from the Private Beach Club Restaurant. The service was attentive and friendly too! Overall we enjoyed our dining experience!!

Great food on the beach. Expensive… lunch for two with two drinks and tip was $160. No cards or cash… must charge to your room. Too many ill-behaved children / ill-skilled parents to totally enjoy our experience.

Food was quite good, expensive but mostly lived up to the price, service was quite poor, staff was egregiously rude but pretty uninviting and unmotivated to help, drink order was input incorrectly which is more understandable and was corrected, the singer was quite unremarkable. Good food and decor with ocean view but expect to spend a decent chunk of change for an uninspired staff.

Lovely. You have to stay at the hotel or be a member to come here. It is a beautiful space. Our children loved the fire tables and the menu for kids is perfect. I had the oysters with wine and it was a perfect snack. But you are not allowed to take the oysters outside you have to have them at the bar. The staff were friendly and night very special. I would recommend.

Beautiful property! With ocean and golf views! We spent a day on the privet club beach! Wich you can get by a tram, hotel service includes! You can spend all day on the beach! Concierge service will bring you chairs and umbrella on the beach! Or you can comfortably seat in a beach club which provides delicious, fresh food and drinks!
