So our visit to Monicals was on a Friday night and other than a kids party in the back it wasn’t very crowded. We arrived around 6pm and were sat at a table on arrival. Our waitress was initially very attentive and got our order as soon as we were ready, we placed our order around 6:15.

Sent wrong drink, order a salad to my hotel and they don’t send a fork. Called and just asked to take the drink off and he said if he did that he’d have to charge me more. Horrible manager in my opinion. I wasn’t about to wait another 30 minutes for another drink.
