We were on a road trip and wanted to try a restaurant we didn’t have in our area and this was our stop. Staff was helpful and friendly. Food was actually very delicious and made fresh. No complaints from me! Whenever I see this restaurant on an exit I’ll definitely be stopping.

First of all it took us forever to get our food. People were coming in after us and got their food before us. I ordered a chef salad and it had hardly any meat ,it wasn’t good. My coffee was cold. My boy ordered tea and she gave him sprite. Our waitress hardly attended our table. We had to flag her down for refills. It was a horrible experience that evening. My in-laws like Monical’s but that evening was bad service.

Tried to order 3 pizzas to go but would not accommodate my special needs. When I said Papa John’s would they hung up on me. Monical’s used to be very accommodating but no longer apparently. They got to big for there britches. Had been going there for 50 years. Oh well. Removed from stop.

First time in years I dined in the location. I grew up in the area. Ate there many times as a child with my family. Ordered from there countless times even after my family moved out of town. Portions were smaller than I prefer, but I still enjoy the food.

We went last night and our waitress was absolutely awful. We ordered pasta and she never brought out the bread sticks. She also didn’t even bother to ask us if we needed anything throughout meal. We needed refills, no help again. She walked by several times but didn’t even bother at all with us not even once until she brought the check. Not sure we’ll ever be back if the service is like that.

It’s pretty decent. We recently discovered that the kids pan pizza is where it’s really at ! It’s delicious! My daughter says the spaghetti is good. The pricing is reasonable. I would definitely recommend this as a family night out!

Pre-ordered food online around 3:30 to be delivered by 6. Waited until 6:45 called to see where food was. We were told their driver just got back and ours would be the first one to go out. 7:30 rolls around, still no food. We call back to cancel order and are told that their driver just got back. Had they been behind and told us an appropriate time we would have more than likely kept the order and been patient l. However when you pre-order and are over an hour late and are told lies when you call its completely unacceptable.

Excellent food! The marinara sauce was so flavorful! The mozzarella cheese thick and abundant. We had pasta dishes and the pizza — everything was delicious. The meatballs tasted fresh, I highly recommend! The staff made us feel very welcome! Loved the experience.
