We are big Monical’s fans, but on this occasion, while our server was wonderful, the pizza was not. It was slow coming out, and many other tables were complaining as well. The pizza seemed undercooked. It just wasn’t an enjoyable occasion at all.

The pizza is decent, and food came out fairly quickly. I ordered baked ravioli and it was so watery. I don’t usually make reviews, but it was truly inedible. I think they are struggling with staffing at the moment, like many restaurants. My daughter and I shared 1 glass of water because no one checked on us or refilled our drinks. We weren’t the only ones. Another couple grabbed their own boxes after waiting awhile to get checked on. The tables around us also didn’t recieve refills on drinks. We also had to get our own boxes because no one was to be found. I would honesty give 1 star, but I know they can do better. This is the second time in several months we have come and the food and service haven’t beet great.

Excellent place to go for the best pizza ever with family out of state that has no Monicals at all in their state of Florida! Monica’s is their favorite pizza and food of all and when they come to visit Monicals is their place to go out to eat! We had great service, very friendly caring wonderful waitress and didn’t want to leave!!! We love our Monica’s in Psris, Illinois!!!

As soon as we walked in they were so friendly and nice. There was guy who I think was a manager and a young woman on the register. Both showed us the best hospitality. We were from Florida and never had Monical pizza. It was the best pizza I’ve had in forever. The salad and French dressing omg was superb
