Monica’s is located inside the Hilton Santa Monica Hotel & Suites. The restaurant was conceived out of love for great food, wine, and friends. We believe that impeccable service does not have to be stuffy, each guest is treated like family.
Our menu emphasizes flavors from around the world highlighting the bounty of produce available year-round in Southern California. Each week, our chefs roam the farmer’s market sourcing directly from the best farmers and purveyors around. Monica’s is also home to a thoughtful and carefully crafted cocktail and wine program that is sure to please each of our guests. We were staying here at the Hilton and after a long day we were too tired to try and find a local restaurant. Boy am I glad we tried this place. The food and the service were top notch. I have never had a seafood pasta dish prepared so well and my wife can’t stop talking about the braised short ribs with acorn squash mash. The prices were also more than reasonable.

Really bad chicken and waffles, wouldn’t recommend. Chicken smelt and tasted strongly and ended up burping it the whole day. The waffle had a ball of butter on top and made a whole half of the waffle unedible
