Food was cold customer service was bad. Had to wait 2 hours for our food. Manager was nasty after the food was left there catfish was salty. Owner was nasty waiter said the food was cold and didn’t even stand up for the customers. Horrible service even told us she could warm the food up. Knowing the food was cold. Drinks was bottom shelf do not recommend this place.

I am very disappointed with my platter from Monks. I’m new to the area and have been looking for good seafood; the reviews seemed to be pretty good so I thought to give it a try. I paid $40 for 6 shrimp, and two crab clusters(both had legs missing), 2 potatoes and literally a stalk of broccoli. I called to try and see if I could get things replaced but I was hung up on. Their seafood salad was good, but I would never get a platter again…that on top of the customer service just rubbed me the wrong way for good. I took pictures because I wanted to show them but like I stated I was unable to get in contact with anyone.
