Nice place to get a quick bite. It’s not a full service restaurant like the Monkey King down the street. This one primarily focuses on quick bites to share. Nevertheless, the Asian fusion food they serve is still very good. One unique aspect of this location is that it’s right next to Alameda Island Brewery. You are able to bring their beer into Monkey King and vice versa with their food.

Wings were great, wife loved the garlic noodles and the jambalaya rice. Music was a touch too loud, but that could just me being old. Staff was very nice and food was brought out very fast and very hot!! Will go again

I love this place! Cool happy hour / after work spot . With great selection of beer from the brewery and food from monkey king . The only thing is that there is sugar in everything the garlic noodles from the other location are much better but this is pretty good too.

Got take out. The food is amazing. Jambalaya Fried Rice is amazing. The Spicy Crab Fries is really good too. Must try if you’re in the area. You can also get ice cream for dessert in the same location.

Found this place after going to the brewery next door. We didn’t know you can bring your beer here from next door and order food here!!! We walked and saw they have food and ice cream!!! It smelled delicious when we walked in. There were so many good options on the menu it was hard to decide what we really wanted. We ended up ordering the salt & pepper wings with garlic noodles, lemon pepper wings, spicy garlic crab fries, hot cheetos elote and salt & pepper mozzarella sticks. We didn’t know each item came with fries, so we ended up with a lot of fries. The wings were flavorful, you can really taste the salt, pepper and lemon in each bite. The crab fries could’ve used more crab. The salt pepper mozzarella sticks were ok, don’t think i’d order that again. The hot cheetos elote was delicious. The hot cheetos gave it that spice and crunch to it. We also ended up getting ice cream. They have a good variety. I got the mocha crunch ice cream. It was creamy and had the right amount chocolate in it with coffee. I will definitely go back to this place to try out the other items on the menu!

The food was so good here before Covid. Now it’s not worth it. Got sick from the crab rice, crab fries, and noodles. Don’t bother going here, there are other good Places in alameda and Oakland with better quality food and service.

Great wings that will satisfy anyone’s cravings. Wings are fried perfectly and are coated with just the right amount of sauce/seasoning. Flavors are bold and delicious. They also can walk your order next door to Alameda Brewing and what’s a better combo than beers and wings?

Overall, 3 out of 5. It does have a nice vice, we went and had about a 30-40min wait for two. they were really busy but the staff were able to keep up. I must say for my first experience here, the garlic noodles had waaay too much butter and we left the plate pretty full. The honey walnut shrimp sauce was thick like mayonnaise, sadly to say and it just wasn’t edible. The spicy wings and rice, without ginger, was the best. The Ninja turtle drink was awesome, not watered down very well made. The bathrooms need a real makeover. As much volume as they receive, you would think it wouldn’t look like a gas station bathroom, needs to be cleaned and little lighting. It’s an okay spot, but they do need to upgrade. Overall, it was okay, maybe some nights are better than others but definitely try it out first.

Tonight it was no one in there and I called for pickup which the rep said it will be done in 15 minutes. I got there and paidy order was still not ready. 15 mins go by, I’m like wheres my order so I go back up to the counter to check and it was actually ready but just sitting there smh. They didnt let me know anything, just sat it on the counter. I was gonna buy something else but I changed my mind, took my order and walked out. The only thing that saved them was my food was still good and my chicken was not soggy yet. The flavors is of course there, I got This and That wings/Garlic Noodles. Itll run you about $14 bucks, good deal for the portion size.
