Monkey King Noodle Co. brings the taste of legitimate Northern Chinese street food, as treasured by our own experiences eating in the night markets of China and Taiwan.
Staying true to those memories, we make everything to order, starting with our LaMian (hand-pulled) noodles to the decadent Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) for which we are celebrated.

I ordered Pork Dumplings. The bowl comes with ten so I shared with my sister. We wanted try something light while we waited for the tower view experience. The Dumplings were good and I enjoyed them with Sriracha Sauce. The register employee was friendly and he answered my question before I ordered. On the picture you can see how steamy and warm I got them. Thank you!

[3/13/2023, $32] we ordered tofu stir fry and beef story fry. They were well packaged meal. I can’t test to their authenticity but they were very tasty. The counter staff was friendly and the ambience is very posh. You are paying extra for the posh ambience but our food didn’t disappoint us.

Ok at most. Its a rip off for what it costs. The food it not good. The Scallion Pancake was stail and super salty. Fried rice was ok at most, also a bit salty, not a lot of flavor, and weird ingridients that dont go. Avoid it. Most restaurants at this hall are the same

Very good soup dumplings, no where near New York quality, but for a Texas hard to come by, they are great. Definitely worth a stop, and the food hall they are in is a great visit altogether.

Unfortunately they were out of the burnt end brisket fried rice but part of the main reason I come here is for the soup dumplings. They’re hard to come by in Texas. I first had them in New York and when monkey King opened in Dallas I was extremely happy. Now I’m even happier because Grapevine is closer to me than Dallas. Everything is great. You can’t go wrong here

What a rip for what they charge and what you get. Ordered the Dan Dan Noodles with an extra side of noodles (+$3) and Burnt Ends Fried Rice. Dan Dan Noodles was watery and bland. Burnt Ends Fried Rice was dry with not much meat. Now that I think about it, the burnt ends are probably from the packaged products you can buy at Costco. Would not recommend and will not be back to try this place out with so many dining options in Grapevine.
