Ordered BOM and Turkey bacon avocado sandwiches. Usually, a great sandwich, never have a complaint. I have never had a BOM with 3 pepperonis!? Just want to know who the pepperoni hater is at monkey subs?? What did I do to deserve this!?!

I walked in here to get my first ever monkey sub and walked right back out. I can’t speak for the food, since the filthy interior with a ceiling thick of dirt and longstanding cobwebs over the food making area was enough for me. 4 staffers making the subs were also openly confused on who made what sandwiches with 5 people waiting who looked very impatient. It may be a fluke, but this was my experience, so I won’t be trying this place while I’m here visiting Oregon.

Employees are strung out on something. Stood in the store for 5 minutes watching the employee sit on the counter playing with his phone. When he finally realized we were there, he walked up, no greeting just “do you know what sandwich you want?” I used to come here all of the time and it was great. Now the place looks rundown amd the employees look just was rundown as the shop.

Was our favorite place to get subs. But they changed the rolls and then put roast beef on our barrel of monkeys. The last 2 times the subs have downhill and were very disappointing. Sad sad sad, especially when we drive 27 miles to just to get them

I’m going down a star after a long time of thinking these were the best subs around because we got subs today that are decently smaller then usual. Sounds pretty cheap of me, because I don’t know if it’s saving them a lot of money, but the subs are definitely different. The bread looks smaller in loaf size, and there’s not as much stuffed into it toppings wise. A foot long sub used to be enough for dinner and lunch the next day, but now I’m finishing it in one go. They’re still amazing subs, and the staff is great, but I’m a little disappointed in the change.
