When we first started going to Mystic Hot Springs, we always tried to find new restaurants and were amazed to find such a gem in an old house in the middle of pretty much nowhere.

Monroe Mexican is a wonderful little restaurant. A mom and pop restaurant in the middle of nowhere, Monroe Mexican serves up food that is simple, fresh, and delicious. The host was happy to see us and served up two delicious fresh-made horchatas before our food came. I would recommend this place highly and return if I am ever back in Monroe, UT.

What a great little place! The couple that run Monroe Mexican Food are awesome! Very friendly, great service and great food. We have ate there 4 times and it’s great every time. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
