The food is excellent. The service leaves a lot to be desired. I stood at the door waiting to be acknowledged for 10 minutes. It took nearly as long for someone to come take my order. I watched my order go to the wrong table, back to the kitchen, then to me. When I was finished, I asked for the check. The response was a question, “Would you like this wrapped?” I did, so she wrapped it. But never brought the check. Another 10 minutes pass as I wait to draw anyone’s attention.

We went there to have lunch. Each plate is $11.75. Liked the kabab and butter chicken and the goat curry but there were not many items to choose from. There is no TV, so wr had to watch the soccer in mobile. People were helpful and nice. The place is well organized.

Monsoon is the premier place to have Indian food in South Jersey. Their customer service is excellent but the food is phenomenal. For an app, their Garlic Naan Bread tastes delicious as well as many other selections. Also their Lamb Roganjosh is a must to try. Make sure you tell them what level of spicy you like just in case they forget to ask you! Overall a true 5/5 and I would consider this one if Jersey’s hidden gems.

Great food. I’ve ordered takeout several times and it’s always good. The breads are soft and delicious. The chicken is so tender and the flavors are wonderful. Do yourself a favor if you’re craving Indian food… go to Monsoon soon.
