I arrived here at around 5:00 for dinner and there was no wait to be seated. I ordered the Pepper Jack Burger with fries which was hot and delicious. The burger came with many toppings and the fries were hot and crisp.

This has always been one of my go to places for steak. Usually i order medium don as it comes out medium rare(my fav) but tonight it was well done. The ribeye my husband had was overcooked as well and super fatty (more fat then meat fatty). There was a party upstairs and it felt as if they care more about them then the patrons down stairs. Was told a 20 minute wait, waited 45 minutes. Thought it was busy judging by the parking lot. When we were seated over half the tables were empty. I will be putting this place on the back burner for the foreseeable future

This place is CATASTROPHIC . There was literally CHILDREN swinging, SWINGING from the ceiling. Where in the WORLD were their parents ♀️. Then as me and my husband tried to yank these rabid beasts from the walls, IT BIT MY ARM OFF. MY ARM . I’m pretty sure the monster had rabies as it was foaming from the mouth. Anyways, Then as I’m sitting armless at the table our waitress took a whole hour to come to our table . Finally, after waiting forever she showed up she was a total mess. Now I don’t know what kinda people they hire here or where they find them but they’re something else. She was clearly on some drug. She started to BEAT the table screaming the “ THE RATS. THE RATS HAVE COME FOR ME!! “ and everyone and I mean EVERYONE ACTED LIKE IT WAS NORMAL !!!!! After her complete melt down she finally had taken our order. The food was okay but it was clear the cooks DO. NOT. Cook with love . This is completely inexcusable of any restaurant. After having dinner and having to shove my fork in to my none existent arm I started to feel dizzy. One of the workers came to me and started to SUCK on my bloody numb. He said “this is the best way to keep you alive”. HUH? When has that ever been taught???? Luckily, I was finally taken to the hospital and they were able to find my arm being used as a chew toy by the rodents. As they pride it out of the demon child’s mouth they were able to sew it back on:)). I had to get rabies shots but I’m doing great now. Although I’m never going back to this unprofessional establishment.

I took my 19-month old son for a father son dinner. I got the beer cheese nachos and he got the chicken and fries. The waitress was amazing and brought us some bread rolls to keep my little man occupied until the food arrived. They were attentive and kept my water glass full and brought my son something to color. The nachos were great I would highly recommend this place

The service was good, and the broccoli soup was very good. The salad was disappointing in that they got it wrong despite clarifying twice (server asked me, I confirmed). Since I can’t eat shrimp, hubby got a salad lol. Given the time schedule we were on it wouldn’t have made sense to send it back. I also noticed it was basically lettuce and shredded cheese, not a full salad.

We enjoyed ourselves with good friends. The staff provided very good customer service. The best I have seen for a long time. We sirloin steak (we all had the same meal, the special) was not as good as we hoped for. It was cooked to our liking, but it was on the chewy side for all of us..
