Always enjoy eating here, great conversations with the staff and always have some good laughs. Portion sizes are very good as I have never left hungry at a very reasonable price and is always a plus knowing we are supporting a local restaurant who uses local beef. Food is great, we highly recommend stopping in.

Don’t let the lack of reviews stop you. We took a chance and stopped by during our cross country trip. For this southerner the food was delicious. The pulled pork was tender and juicy, the sausage was delicious and both our teens loved the Mac and cheese. I’m not a big fan of sweet cake like corn bread, I prefer mine more savory but it was good. The milkshakes! That’s where it’s at, they had sooo many options and the flavor was phenomenal. So glad we took a chance to stop in this small town for dinner.

I ate at the food truck and I was very excited to try it. However, it is way overpriced and the food is nothing to get excited about. I ordered a brisket sandwich that came with 2 sides for $18.00. The sandwich was tiny and only had a small amount of brisket with a ton of bbq sauce. The sides were small mushy Mac and cheese and bland beans. Definitely not worth the price. The gal that was taking my order was also not personable at all. I will not order from them again unfortunately.

worst barbecue i’ve ever had. we ordered brisket, which was insanely tough, chicken tacos, which you could barely even chew, and the frenchtown burger. When we opened the burger, they only gave us a hamburger patty!!! we also got max and cheese and it was undercooked leaving gross chunks of cheese inside. if you’re thinking about getting good barbecue, DONT COME HERE.

I was really looking forward to supporting a local small town business but unfortunately I was unsatisfied. I paid $24 for a 2 meat combo only to receive maybe 2oz of brisket and a sausage link with mushy mac n cheese and pork and beans out of a can. In my opinion this is absurd! Very disappointed and won’t be returning.

Amber runs a wonderful hometown BBQ. The staff is very friendly, my favorite item is the thick cuts of brisket they do. Much more juicy than the thin slices other places make.
