Very nice place with a lot of different items. Prices are reasonable. Our waitress was really busy and she still made sure we were taken care of. Bathroom was only one stall but it was clean. The high chairs were also clean. (Very important) my only complaint was I got the steak on sour dough and my steak was chewy. This can be easily fixed with proper training on cooking steak. Would recommend and try again while in the area.

These folks are the best! Always friendly! Service is awesome! Family owned. the portions are very generous! We come to this area twice a year from Nashville, and always make it a point to have breakfast, lunch or dinner here! You won’t be disappointed.

First choice for us for breakfast. Absolutely the best pancakes. Service is always fast and attentive. Dinner fare was average, but, being as we’ve only had dinner there once, I don’t think it’s fair for me to rate. The desserts were very good.

The food is amazing I love the farmers mess it is just what the Dr ordered. The people are amazing the know our names and they even remember for just 1 conversation that we have a camp up there. It is just an all around amazing place. You have to try it. Also if you like strawberry pie theirs is the best!!!

Small Town diner with big and tasty breakfasts. The owner and staff were attentive, routinely filling up our coffee and checking on us. Service was quick and the food was excellent. Being a big appetite for some of their specials like the house mess and the farmers mess.

So good! Stopped on the way home from a day of hiking on some nearby trails and man this place was a welcome surprise for us. I guess if you’re from the area it’s not a surprise Montana’s is bomb since the friendly staff seemed to know everyone in the place. I got a burger and it was delicious, really appreciated the details here. You know how sometimes you get a burger and after a couple bites you’ve got burger juice running down your wrist and everything inside the bun is all sliding around so you have to keep,like, biting the part sticking out of the bun and at the end your plate’s swimming in burger drip and you’ve got half a wadded bun still in your hand? Not here guy, everything in that burger stayed right where it needed too while still being super juicy and delicious. I don’t know if they’re baking their own buns or what but someone at some point made a choice to address burger slippage at Montana’s and they made the right call.
