This is the Absolute worst place in this area that you can get food from, I’ve lived here for 15 years and nothing comes close to how bad this place is, I ordered an omelette for pick up and when I get there 2 “cooks” we’re making it for me super sweaty rude and the worst part is that they burned the omelette then have the AUDACITY to charge me 11 dollars for it and tax me! I also order fruit salad for the kids and it tasted old. How dare these people be so close to hospitals and police precincts and treat them better then everyone els. I’ve had an issue before with the Mexican guy that makes people sandwiches at night because he doesn’t follow instructions and put mayo on my sandwich one time and when I complained he just scraped it off and didn’t think I’d notice, I stopped coming here for a while and it’s safe to say it’s wayyyyy worse then before I will never step foot in there and I’ll be just fine, apple produce just a block away is safe to eat from and I don’t mind giving them my money. The cashier isn’t nice either. Idk why I thought things were different. This place is disgusting to say the least.

Order was wrong and the prices are ridiculous. Our sandwiches were not made with fresh ingredients some of it was uncooked. Also, the pasta salads were very off in taste seemed spoiled. The Guy at the deli doesn’t know how to take orders either everything confuses him and then he makes it seem like you’re the one that’s confused or not saying the order right. This deli used to be good, but idk what happened it’s going down hill

I spent $9.53 for a hot turkey & cheese on a roll, not a hero with tomato and spinach. ♀️ It would not be so bad if at least the sandwich had meat in it. Maybe I should have kept the veggies out.

Extremely disappointed with the food hygiene there. I observed a worker picking up a roll that fell on the ground and placing it back into the rolls basket. When I confronted him about it, he acted as if it was no big deal and proceeded to take the roll out and discard it after contaminating the other rolls. I immediately cancel my order and left. Also there was a leaking fridge with a bunch of spoiled cheese cakes.

I work overnights at Jacobi and usually I come here in the middle of the night to grab snacks, food, etc. Always meets my needs. And it’s safe, I see cops, hospital staff in there no matter the time.
