I do not like leaving negative reviews but I can’t let this restaurant get away with such inedible food. I truly believe they are getting away with it because of their name from back years ago. I ordered a personal pizza with pepperoni and extra-chorizo. What I received was a raw dough 1 pepperoni per baby slices and exactly 7 miniature pieces of chorizo! I also ordered a napolian spaghetti. Wow, if I got cheese it must of been heaven sent. All in all….. Quality of food is horrible. It’s unfortunate because the workers are really nice just a really bad cook.

Over the phone service the worse, the lady seems like she was mad and was very rude and unprofessional. I gave them 1 star because was the least available, a 0 is more accurate. Took forever with my order and service very unpleasant, people working there seems very miserable. Would never go back there ever. Don’t waste your money or your time, they will treat you like you don’t deserve any respect.

Ordered my pizza around 2pm so I could pick it up after work. Didn’t pick up until almost 4pm! It was three small pizzas! They kept telling me ‘10 more minute’, ‘it’s getting packaged’ and ‘we’re almost done’ but wasted over an hour! Wish I had paid AFTER getting my food because I gave these people a tip for a garbage service. And no, the restaurant wasn’t busy. I had come in when the only two people eating left.

First of all: The manager/owner DOES NOT know how to handle or take care of a business. They only have ONE person working on both; the sitting area and in the pickup area. You can pay your order online (hoping that you will get there and have it ready) yet ONCE YOU GET THERE they start working on your order. Do not waste your time trying to talk to any supervisor because they know nothing nor they care about helping you or giving any explanation. The pastelitos they have outside (on the display glass) are OLD, the sweets are old as well (you can tell by the taste). The empanadas are ALWAYS either raw or without what they are supposed to be with. The shakes don’t have milk AT ALL, hence you are paying for a milkshake yet getting a frosty. Needless to say, just don’t go there.

The most unpleasant experience and the lousy attention. We ordered breakfast, which in the letter says that after 11 in the morning they would charge 2.95 more and the clerk told me that they did not cook eggs after 11. Then we ordered 2 sandwich at midnight and after 10 minutes she apologized for only I had a midnight bread. Then I asked for bread with steak and after 25 minutes he came again to apologize because he did not have lettuce. Is incredible.

This Montes de Oca pizzeria, they should close it, they give you half the food you pay and discover that you can’t eat it when you get home, the spaghetti without cheese and the sauce did not come included, everything is bad, attention to the owners, they may lose prestige for that pizzeria, I think the supervisor should go more often, to see if they can work seriously and professionally, they are the real disappointment.
