I know that this pandemic has been a damper for us all and people are just getting back in the swing of things again but that is no excuse to pay $50 and wait 2 hours for this . We even tipped. We have eaten at this place before and the food was excellent…this is not acceptable. Thinking about giving the opportunity to redeem themselves. Very disappointed.

My wife and I recently moved up to the Webster area from down south and the first pizzeria we went to was Monticello’s and being as they are a local owned company we wanted to support them but the food has been sub standard at best. When my wife and I dine in the food comes out and it’s delicious and appetizing. Then food delivery has brought me food that has sat quite some time and is not even warm upon arrival ever. So after ordering dinner with some friends in from our of town we order and are told 90min .our food arrives cold and the chicken wings were hard and over cooked. When I called the following day (today) Sunday they said we can replace them but you’ll have to bring back the other wings of course but I already paid $18.00 for the wings , $5 delivery charge and , $11 tip and yeah I got those rock hard wings sitting in the original box . The disrespect from the young man that said he was the manager was I got hung up on and you have lost our future business

Something is different with the pizza sauce. This is by and large our favorite pizza and eat it frequently. We know what this pizza is supposed to taste like. Had it about two weeks ago and thought something was off with the sauce. Tried it again today and it’s the same thing. It taste as if the sauce sauce was from a can. It taste like tin. I am not the only to notice family members that weren’t aware of the pizza two weeks ago said the same thing. I will try again and I’m really hoping that things return to the way they were before.

It’s a little better than “okay.” I’ve had their pizza 3 times so far. I sort of live out of the way of things, so they are the closest. The pizza has been different all three times, do u do not know what to expect. For example, lots of cheese the first time, not much cause the second time and the third time the balance of the cheese and sauce was done good. Regardless of this, the overall taste is a little above okay. Friendly employees.

Just moved to the area and this is the only pizza place in the area, we figured it was gonna be terrible. It was awesome!! Pizza was really large and I personally feel their prices are competitive. Got some Jalapeño poppers that were really really good, and lasagna that was tasty and not bland! Hour and a half delivery was worth it, glad they are staying busy and OPEN! We’ll be ordering here very often.

The food a majority of the time is good. But bad customer service and how the employees talk to you over the phone is overriding this.( and by other reviews this isn’t a new thing)$40 for 2 pizzas I expect them to be hot and crispy. Instead the were cold and limp. When you hire people you need to make sure they have proper phone etiquette on 12/31 5:29pm when I am spending that kind of money for pizza I expect to be treated better. I can get better food and service from little ceasars pizza for $10. Seriously save your money and go somewhere else.

Will not be back served me burnt food the first time and did replace it, But with less burnt wings and some from the first order.. reason I know they were cold and not warm like the fresh he just brought me! They also were so hard it actually broke my tooth now I have to see how much thats gonna cost me. Didn’t complain once payed the full bill and tipped 4dollars. It’s sad this place use to be the best of the best for wings in the surrounding counties!

Kinda slow on entrees, garlic knots awesome, but out to early, cold when entrees came to table. Food was delicious, top notch, but cooks wearing long sleeve shirts, while throwing pies, employee drink on counter by beverage station. Also seemed more focused on to go orders, rather than in house orders. Great service, very helpful, very friendly. Overall experience was good.

Me and my family love the food there. It’s great food and nice service. One slice of pizza is like three normal slices. I love their fried green beans and the kids love the chicken wings. Never had any issues been coming here for years now it’s our go to Italian restaurant love it 5 stars all the way.
