This restaurant is stunning. Especially knowing what the property looked like prior. A truly beautiful setting with a magnificent bar. My steak was cooked perfectly. Chef definitely knows what he’s doing back there. Food prices are comparable for any type of chain steakhouse. The only complaint I have is our service was just okay. Gentleman was very polite but just some key pieces missing from the service aspect in that type of atmosphere.

They were able to seat us without a reservation on a Saturday night. The place looks stunning with a wide variety of super casual dress customers (shorts and sleevless shirts) to dress casual customers. Our server was very attentiv. The cesar salad was decent, and bread was good. Our calamari appetizers was salty. My wife had the ribeye which was cooked perfectly and added the blackened shrimp on top. It was 2 shrimp for $8.00. It’s definitely not worth $4 a shrimp! Our friends NY Strip was overcooked and had to be sent back, but the head chef did come out and apologize. My pasta was bland, but the clams and mussels were not overcooked. For the price we were underwhelmed.

We started off our meal with cocktails- pinky up martini and dirty martini. They were excellent! Our waitress, Erin was very attentive to our needs and was knowledgeable about the food on the menu whenever we had questions. We ordered: ribeye with potato gratin & garlic beurre blanc with broccolini. Absolutely delicious!! For dessert, we had white chocolate raspberry cheesecake- very good! You definitely need to try this place!

Coming from Chicago I was not expecting to be blown away by a steakhouse in French Lick and wow. I am. This is probably one of the best steaks I’ve eaten in a long time. Dessert was amazing. And service is delightful in a very friendly and classy atmosphere. Not to be missed.

First time eating here. The sea bass was amazing, and our waitress Amanda was extremely polite and helpful looking over the menu. So wonderful having a GREAT waitress with WONDERFUL service and food! Can’t wait to pass back through this area again

Fine dining at its best. My husband and I enjoy upscale restaurants as often as possible. We love to travel, and I must say possible the best experience ever. Everything was cooked to perfection! My husband , who is very critical sent his complements to the chef. If you enjoy fine dining and are anywhere near French lick In. Make sure to visit Moo Moo’s Steakhouse.

Great addition to downtown French lick. So happy to have another fine dining restaurant other than the hotel restaurants. Cocktails tasted great! The spicy margarita was so good and was served in the cutest ridged glass. The martini was served in a plastic martini glass. The two cocktails were great, but the presentation did not compliment each other nor was it cohesive with the restaurant. The food all had great presentation- ordered ribeye, strip, and chicken. Please invest in quality menus to match the ambiance of the restaurant. The servers were all very nice and accommodating. If they were able to walk us through the menu and offer detailed suggestions, this would have been a 10/10 experience. We look forward to returning next year after the restaurant has been open for a bit longer

We googled restaurants near our hotel. We drove by this one to check out the menu. They close between their lunch and dinner and were closed but the bartender saw us looking in and invited us to come in a look at the menu. The restaurant is beautiful! Very upscale looking. We made reservations for 6:00 that evening and it was across the street from our hotel, “French Lick” which made it so nice. I had the salmon and my husband had the roasted chicken. Both were fantastic! They were presented very well and the chef came out to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely go back the next time we are in town. They had a nice mixture of wines and drinks also.
