First time at Moodus BBQ. Fast friendly service. Texas Burger was great…Burger topped with pulled pork, onion ring and your choice of BBQ sauce. Ribs were smoked to perfection and sides (mac and cheese , Beans, Cornbread) were impressive. Prices seem a little high until you get the food then you see the value!! Will be back!

Pleasantly surprised! We had the brisket and smoked chicken leg quarters, amazing!… but the side dishes were off the charts! Try the Mac & Cheese and the hearty baked beans! You won’t be disappointed!

Sooo… I have been looking forward to getting their food. The family loves bbq, and I’m a chili fan, and of course CORN BREAD. We got the pulled pork meals with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes for sides. I got the chili and cornbread for myself. I have to say, I was impressed. The chili had just enough zing, not to strong. The pulled pork was done right, with the sauce flavors adding special flavor as needed. Someone in my family liked at least one of them except the one listed as L. It was almost like a dressing, perhaps that’s what it was. The corn fritters were a little small for me, but tasted good.

This place is AMAZING!! I live just across the bridge from their truck. Everything there is fantastic. Im a big fan of the Texan burger!! Its what Burger K*ng tried to do with the rodeo burger, pulled pork, onion rings and a great tasting burger on a bun that i cant even explain how unique the tatse is. Oh..and the Slaw? Just try it, if you know, u know. 10 stars all day.
