The food is really good, I really liked the pesto pasta – so fresh in flavor. The eggplant fries were a great suggestion, we enjoyed all appetizers, this place has great seafood options. The staff is superb, and helpful. The dining is a minimum $30 per person, so be prepared to eat more!

Moonstruck is a staple in Asbury. Great Italian food with some Mediterranean Greek influences. It’s a big place with a small feel. Tables are spaced nicely and there are bars on both levels of the restaurant. The food was excellent. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed!

Top tier Asbury Park. Great cocktails and food. The eggplant fries are amazing. I’ve never seen that before – eggplant is mushy but not here. An exemplary duck. For the quality of food the portions are generous. The service is near fine dining Manhattan level. The ground floor bar experience is similar to an expensive old school hotel. The menu is a bit boring but everything was delicious. Hands down the best meal and best service I’ve ever had in Asbury Park. Highly recommended.

The restaurant has good reviews online, so we wanted to try it for my wife’s birthday. The salmon Flatbread and crab/shrimp dip both definitely were mostly prepackaged food. My wife got the fried seafood platter which was decent but not worth $40 for some bagged fries, fried cod, 4 shrimp, and 2 scallops. The worst part of the meal was my duck. There were 2 hairs that I pulled out of my mouth on the third bite of food. They comped my dinner only, but I was so disgusted that we left soon after. Definitely will not be going back, even if it wasn’t for the hairs in my food. They have an old school elegant ambiance so we had high hopes, but the food is on par with your local dive bar at best. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other good restaurants in town.
