This was our first time to eat at Moores. The decor is like folkart on the walls and also has a nice patio for outdoor dining. There are so many good things to choose from on the menu and they have daily specials also. We are vegetarian so we had the 4 veggie plate, and almond bread pudding for dessert. Everything was delicious. There were plenty of meat dishes to choose and also salads, burgers and sandwiches. You can have delicious food whatever you choose because everything looked yummy. We will definitely be back to sample the other menu items soon. They are open seven days a week.

We are an older couple in town for a youth baseball game. We were looking for a neighborhood place on a Sunday night and Moores was perfect! Their bar was outstanding and we really enjoyed what we ordered. It was a little loud but who cares. Ask for Jewel!

This was my second time here- first time was with husband we sat on porch on a busy Saturday morning. Enjoyed the food and drinks; service was lacking. I had worked as a bartender and server in very high volume restaurants and bars all over and even short staffed or not, will address my guests as so.

Service was pretty slow. We sat at the bar to save a table for others, chatty ‘tenders chatted with everyone but us. Finally got drinks and ordered. Food was excellent although portions are on the small side. I’ve heard they are better for take out

Currently here and the two servers are too busy sneaking shots behind the bar to tend to their tables. They are yelling at the cooks to stop ringing the bell to run food while tables are looking at them wondering where their food is. Also, who serves jambalaya without rice? Apparently this place. I am currently waiting on the server to come back by my table so my daughter can order something else from the menu because they served her jambalaya soup…no rice. Oh, they also forgot our appetizer. And they are letting customers that maybe be employees that are off or friends of theirs take shots behind the bar as well while everyone is waiting on their food. Won’t be back. Whoever owns this establishment, you might want to check your servers that you had scheduled for this Saturday. I could tell you were short staffed, I have no issues and can be patient. But I have no patience to wait on my food while they get drunk.

Terrible..very long wait time from order to food being delivered (which is fine, I get it). I ordered the quiche..what came out was 1 inch tall and must have been microwaved for 13 minutes..no joke, you ever microwaved something for way too long and it comes out like leathery cardboard? This was worse.. spit out the one bite I took and had the waitress take it away. My wife got the 4 sides plate and it was just not good and had absolutely sat around for a while before being served. Never going back

We have been waiting to try this restaurant a month now. It did look a little busy when we pulled up. We were standing at the door awaiting for a table to open up. It was unfortunate we were never greeted. No warm welcoming or anything as we stood there for 10 minutes. When a table finally opened up a man was signaling us to a table from a far. The table was never wiped down. A baseball coach who was getting off of the table saw how messy it was for us and wiped it down before we took his place. We sat there at the table another 10 minutes. Nobody cared enough to greet us or acknowledge us at any point within these 20 minutes or even hand us a menu. What a disappointment to a new couple in town. We’ll continue to go to city cellar and Appalachian grill where they make us feel at home. Your never to busy just to acknowledge your customer
