What a hoot! We arrived for lunch from the Silver Comet Trail just as 70 first graders were arriving for a treat, as part of their field trip. The amazing staff served us all with a smile and incredible efficiency. This is part sandwich and ice cream shop and part arts and crafts experience-altogether in the oldest continuously operating soda fountain in Georgia. The toasted peanut butter and banana sandwich was delicious, as was the Hershey’s brand ice cream. Definitely coming back with friends to try the Fluffernutter sandwich and a milk shake.

This place is old and very nostalgic like walking back in time, the late forties and early 50s. The food is great, service is very good also. They have fried bologna sandwiches, and they are awesome.

I’ve always enjoyed going to Moore’s for a slaw dog and a lemon sour. It was always a welcoming place to visit every since I was a kid. BUT, it doesn’t have that appeal any more. The kids working there are not at all worried about service. There were no adults around. The food was mediocre and I was just very disappointed. Sadly, I won’t be back.

Cool soda fountain in a history building. They have a great selection of treats and food. The milkshakes are the best around!

This is the coolest place. The menu is hot dogs, beverages and ice cream. It is an old time, extraordinary ice cream parlor from a by gone era. The oldest one is Georgia, probably!!! The people are fantastic, the music is great, there are crafts to do, ice cream sundaes in eat and a very attractive candy store to boot. My grandsons were enthralled and definitely had visions of sugar plums dancing through their heads. Go and check it out!!! Awesome!!!

My husband ate his entire meal before I got mine. We wanted ice cream. Our server never came and asked us.

Store has a great vibe, classic juke box and bar area. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The store had a lot to offer and dessert was my favorite. I had a specially milkshake, smores to be specific and it was fantastic. The jukebox had music ranging from Johnny Cash to Tame Impala. Staff was nice and friendly and every one had a smile on. Worth a stop in!
