We come here at least once a year, usually during the St Paul Winter Carnival… So as long as you’re okay with the mounted wildlife on the walls… You’re in!! But then that’s pretty typical of us Minnesotans! So don’t forget to have your photo taken with “Stanley” the Moose!

We went last Saturday with a group of friends for drinks and dancing to celebrate my Birthday and had a lot of fun! They played great music for dancing and had a good dance floor. The prices of the drinks were fairly reasonable and it wasn’t too packed so you could get drinks fairly easily. Also, the waitress was good about checking back with our table and catching us between dancing. I would recommend it for a fun night out!

Weird. Hooters-style waitress outfits, and apparently you need reservations. However, they were very accommodating for my last-minute happy hour gathering without reservations. Nice atmosphere. Very big full-sized moose inside. Good beer selection.

I live very close to MC so try to frequent it. The food is always good, but the service is always haphazard. Slow, seemingly always tired or upset servers… Until last Saturday (10/21). Lexi. The. Best. Server. Ever. We were waiting for friends and she let coming back to check on us. After 45 minutes of waiting, we ordered without our friends. But up until the she kept it drinks full and checked back frequently. The rest of our meal was just as great. As I stated the good is always good, but now we are coming back more often because of Lexi. She won us over.

I used to love the build your own bloody bar where you even got to pick your own alcohol and pour your ‘shot’ of it yourself and trust me I brought everyone here. I understand letting customers pour the alcohol was reckless but i enjoyed the variety and choices which are no longer available. My last visit involved very poor service and poor food quality including dripping wet oily hash browns. Staff seemed too preoccupied to care and it took several attempts even after our table was cleared of food to get our check. Unfortunately we will not be returning and I will just have to enjoy the memories of the old times before it all went down hill

Good food. Friendly staff. Our server wasn’t very good at remembering non alcoholic beverage orders. I asked three times for a water. I was there for an event in the upstairs area. Unfortunately there’s no handicapped access to that part of the restaurant, so guts from our group literally carried up someone and then their wheelchair so that person could attend the event.

The food was a little bland. It’s really loud. the prices were to rich for my blood. Refills are charges a second cup on the third drink. We had multiple servers and once we got our food 30 minutes later, they stopped checking up on us. It took them a long time giving us a doggy bag. I don’t think I will go back, but it’s a good place for those that like that kind of thing.

Staff is very friendly, food is good with a wide variety. I personally think the tap list is small and disappointed me to see the lack of local micro brews. Think all they had was summit. That aside it’s been active for a long time and the atmosphere was great. Will return!
