Very memorable night. Had the roast duck! Service started slow but in the end was great. Very friendly and helpful. Ate outside and was wonderful even though it rained. The tent held up and we stayed dry. Every body enjoyed meals from chicken and steaks to duck.

I have so many great things to say about this place. Unfortunately, we never make reservations, so we can never get a table because the wait is so long. I hope the restaurant hires more staff to accommodate more patrons and/or expands so we can visit without reservations. 🙂 What’s frustrating is being turned away when there are umpteen empty tables available everywhere you look. Best brandy old-fashioned around! And the fish is consistently delicious. I understand the uptick in prices for the food industry but one thing I’m not a huge fan of is when we are told that there is a $2 charge for a tiny side dish of melted garlic butter. We pay it, but it just seems a bit outrageous in our experience of dining at many places. We’ve never encountered that anywhere else. We love the outdoor seating option for nice weather, and we love it when they have live music!

Loved the rustic ambiance and the warmth of the decore Nancy our server was witty and quick. The food (tenderloins and salmon) were delicious!! Drinks were on point desert was fantastic!!

The gentleman dropping off catering at Edenwood Ranch and Jessica organizing catering were both fantastic. Everyone’s favorite was the chicken. We were thrilled with this meal and their service. Would absolutely do it again. We might pick something other than the beef tips.

What happened to this place? We stop here a couple times a year. We just stopped on a Wednesday, and we were forgotten several times. Multiple people received tables who checked in after us. The hostess acknowledged they forgot about us. An estimated 20 minute wait for table turned into 1 hour 40 minutes. After we got seated, two tables sat after us. We all ordered broasted chicken and thought the extended wait (after getting the table) was because of the chicken until the tables next to us got their broasted chicken before us. Maybe you need to be local to get decent service. 2.5 hours to get a meal on a Wednesday, that wasn’t even that busy, isn’t worth our business. ✌️

we were vacationing on pearl lake and had lunch at moose Inn! we sat outside and our server was very sweet and helped us in every way! what an enjoyable experience! and the broasted chicken was a sure hit along with the homemade chips! BBQ was great as well!

We’ve been coming here for OVER 30 YEARS but waited WAY TOO LONG to be seated for dinner this evening and ordered starters & soup at the bar, because we saw others doing the same. Our only complaint is with the hostess who was quite rude… We are very sad and will definitely think twice about coming again…

Absolutely horrible. 3 for dinner. The Fish fry was OK. Two steaks ordered, one ribeye one fillet. Steak ordered medium. Both were raw. Sent back to kitchen, came back 10 minutes later with our original cold french fries and steak was still not done. Sautéed mushrooms made it to the table 10 minutes into the meal. They were not sautéed they were raw sitting in an ajus sauce. Server was very apologetic. We will not go back.

I have been to Moose years ago and really enjoyed it. However the two times I have visited in this 2023 year I have been greatly disappointed. My most recent visit this week is what has led to this review. They had an overly limited menu even with the excuse of it being a Friday. The prices where outrageous given the poor quality of food. My husband’s ribs were bathed in pepper, and blackened to the point of burnt. My daughter and I both ordered tenderloin cooked to medium. They however were still bleeding in fact mine was still slightly cold in the middle. It is sad to say about a restaurant I once enjoyed, but we will not be back.

Had the salmon, it happened to be the best. I asked what it was mainated in, waitress thought just salt & pepper. They must have soaked it in something before hand, one person said it can be hit or miss here, either its great or its not, but this is my only experience so I rated on my salmon in july of 2023
