Amazing food truck gets an awesome new brick and mortar location! Super fast and friendly service. Fresh ingredients, all brought together and cooked in a beautiful Acunto oven, which is a work of art in its own right. Acunto being a manufacturer on the register of the approved suppliers of the “True Neapolitan Pizza” (“Vera Pizza Napoletana”), organized and promoted by the True Neapolitan Pizza Association (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana or AVPN).

Went and tried Mootz on opening day and had a great experience! The pizza is some of the best I have ever had. One of the only restaurants I would actually order a cheese pizza from because the sauce, crust and cheese are that good by themselves. I do strongly suggest dining in as the crust is significantly better right out of the oven. I took one home with me and though it was still extremely good, the crust had gotten just a tad floppy. The customer service was very good and they answered any questions I had! Very happy with this new pizza place and will definitely be returning!

I would like to say the pizza was good, great people,however $21 for a 4 slice pie and a drink will be their down fall imo. I just don’t think the prices will be sustainable. 1 topping , w/ little cheese, sauce. There are Better ,heartier pies in Omaha for sure that are much cheaper . Just trying to keep it real

Pizza was absolutely delicious!!! Service was even better ! This cute little pizza place has limited seating, so either plan to takeout or prepare for a small wait for a free table. I highly recommend the ranch and the confit garlic to go with your pizza.

Why is that the pizza sauce only makes it so far. the crust is 2.5 inches thick and kind of dry, you almost have to dunk it into some Marinara sauce I’m willing to change my view and rating on this place once they can get thier portions right. Untill then 1☆ you get. Ther are brick ovens in omaha and they give this place a run for its money.
