Slow and blan food. Waited 18 minutes to get a burger in an empty store. Annoying radio blasting generic radio with commercials, dark merky atmosphere. After two bites of the burger I threw it away and went to jimmy John’s and had great food in 2 minutes.

My kids and I just left this restaurant. The food was okay, the service was meh, but the atmosphere. Y’all we were sitting at the table eating our food and a roach came crawling out of the napkin holder and started up the wall. My oldest son caught it, killed it and put it in the trash. Told the lady working there and she called her manager. He told her to ask what I wanted and I told her to tell him to do whatever he thought was the right thing. We finished eating and left without anything else being said to us. Gave him the opportunity to do the right thing and he failed.

One, Mooyah itself with these prices. 16.46 for a small burger and some fries. Then a 14% tax? For $18.68 I could have went to a nice sit down restaurant with a better vibe got a thicker burger and left a tip. I could have recieved the same burger combo at Burger King for less and what I believe to be better and less greasy tasting. Can’t charge a premium for mediocre food.

I walked in to a clean restaurant with smiling faces. Latesha took my order and even offered me suggestions when I asked about the menu. She was helpful and kind. My burger was making, I got the A wonderful. I would definitely suggest going to Mooyah, plus plan to go back to try the shakes next time. Great employees, food, and service, you cannot beat that

Mooyah? .. MooNAH. Customer service was awful. The two ladies behind the counter gave off the impression that they would quite literally rather have been anywhere else. No one greeted us, so after a few minutes of standing around I walked over to the other end of the counter (one of them had their back turned and was busy eating) to ask if someone could come help us with placing an order. After ordering just 2 burgers and 1 “shareable” fry, the total came to a whopping $45. Should have just gone to a proper restaurant and been waited on. I got attitude when asking for a water cup, assuming that I would to be sneaky and fill it with soda. The burger itself was ok. The fries were incredibly salty as well as soggy. Overall disappointing experience and will not be back.

My 1st experience today and I gotta say the prices are very expensive omg. After eating the vegan hamburger it was just alright not worth the amt I paid. I spent $20.00 on a hamburger that didnt come with fries nor a drink. I had to buy the fries sweet potato fries which were just ok. I probably wont be back unfortunately. I just couldn’t believe it. It b nice if they offer some kinda discounts considering how expensive they are. I’m a veteran n senior citizen and no kinda break on the prices seriously!!!!!

Each time I have come here it has been a great experience, I always get exactly what I want (I have 10+ toppings on my burger), and the food is delicious. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars: 1. It’s pricey, (30 for 2 people) and occasionally they have cashier’s who have no idea how to communicate with the general public, but that’s also what you get when you talk to any teenager so I’m not too disappointed. Overall great place for a burger, way too pricey for a family, and the service is quick.
