The Double Diablo burger was good but very greasy. The fries seemed a bit old, but they were edible. The fries were free because of “National French Fry Day” but the bill was still almost $16! Just too expensive for a burger combo.

I ordered the sweet potato fries and loved them, husband ordered regular fries and they were like all fries, good fresh… the beef was a tad over charred/cooked and therefore a bit of a rough chewing experience. The staff I saw was mostly young men, all polite and friendly. The inside and outside were both clean and welcoming. He got the mushroom Swiss and I got..I forgot. The number 1 three letter burger lol. Personal preferences weren’t met but overall good enough, flavor was pretty great. A little bit spendy in my opinion for the product, will probably eat there again but probably not for a month or so.

i placed an order for a burger with ONLY pickles , cheese and ketchup. there were no pickles on my burger . not sure if this was on purpose but whoever made it put almost a handful on my jalapeños on my burger that i did not ask for!!! i don’t appreciate this at all when i paid $16 for my food. never coming here again.

Cashier was just ok. Nothing special about her. Food was great!! Loved every bit of our food!! Worst part of this experience is the overall cleanliness of the restaurant!! We walked in and 2 workers were sitting at tables with their phones while the AC dripped lots of water by the entrance. Several dirty tables, trash can with ketchup all over it. No soap in the mens room so I had to go in the women’s to get soap and go back to mens to finish washing my hands. Place is visually appealing as far as decor goes, but the seating area was just so nasty. Food was great though!! I gotta give them their credit for the food!! Clean it up and take pride in what you do and it could be an amazing spot!!

The burgers were pretty good. They forgot our sides and it was very difficult to order. There was a pretty big language barrier between us and the cashier and another person actually had to assist with our order. Experience wasn’t great but food wasn’t bad.

It appears that this place has run its course. We went at noon and there were about 3 other tables with people. The burgers were good. I ordered the chips, and they were “clumpy” and oversalted. Many were stuck together and undercooked. They had the sweet tea blocked off, and when I asked, they said they were out of sugar but had sugar packets that could be used with the unsweetened tea.

gobbled this shiz up it was so delicious i almost creamed my pants!!!!! cashier name on receipt was Laquinta and she was cool, not like the bad reviews at all. im bout to be here every day of my life eatin this burger. BYO 1/4 pound beef with swiss cheese, grilled onions, and mooyah sauce. best burger i ever had, next to my mommy’s. Laquinta cooked it too, so she’s awesome. love her.

Place was dirty. Chips were all clumped together and parts were undercooked. Burger was OK. One of the employees left the bathroom without washing their hands. It only takes a few minutes to do that. Wash your hands, you’re touching people’s food.
