Food was Awesome and very satisfying, but upon arrival the customer service could have been better especially for a 1st timer. There was a young lady who saw me literally trying to take a picture of the menu and she gave me a menu I appreciate that because it means she pays attention to her customers. Sorry I am big on Customer Service! A smile goes a long way even on a bad day!

My son, who is a minor attending a driver’s ed class a few doors down from the the restaurant, went in and got some snack during his break with a twenty dollar bill. When he got home I had noticed that the receipt showed him paying ten dollars leaving him short changed by ten bucks. I called the restaurant to explain the situation and the manager on duty, Taylor Morris, was very understanding and apologetic and wasted no time to tell me that the money would be refunded.

I haven’t been to a Mooyah Burgers in years. I was expecting it to have gone downhill but was pleasantly surprised. The location was clean, the staff welcoming and friendly and the food was excellent. I’m glad I stopped by.

Just about what to expect out of a solid burger joint. The staff worked fast, the sitting area and displayed kitchen were very clean, prices were reasonable for the quality, and the proportions were above average. Unfortunately the really fresh fries were over salted from the kitchen and the hamburger was slightly greasy. Overall, if I’m in the area and hungry, I would get some more.

Heard good things about Mooyah, so I decided to check it out for the first time. AND I’m pretty sure that it will be my last time. I ordered the Cheddar Bacon Burger. It costs about $9. And THIS is the hamburger that I got for for 9 bucks.
