Long time mom and pop establishment. Places like these are worth going to. We all had the rib eye steak, very good. The waitress was very nice and informative. We will go back when we’re in Lewisburg.

My husband and I had been coming somewhat regularly and ordered the same thing nearly every time – two ribeye steaks medium rare. The waitresses were usually very busy, but always friendly and accommodating. We recently had a bad experience where I was served a horrendous steak – it didn’t even look like a steak; was a whitish color inside and out with black grill marks on it. Since it was set down beside my husband’s, it was obvious that they looked nothing alike. I still tried to eat it, but it tasted odd; nothing like his steak did. The cook came over to us, since we were sitting at the bar; looked at my uneaten steak and said “sorry about that”; but it was not taken off of my bill. The waitresses were too busy to notice and we didn’t want to cause a scene, since were sitting right where people were paying their bills and picking up orders.

I went down to Lewisburg for a funeral and my aunt knows This place. There was 5 of us. They lady was working by her self beside the cook the other waitress was late but the lady that did help us I think she own the place she did good there about 5 more tables of people. The food was good I’m very picky person. I ate a hamburger

I meant to this a couple of weeks ago, we had take out of steak and shrimp and country fried steak, it was the first time I’ve ever eaten from there and then the drive home I was worried my steak was going to be like rubber,,, well must say (besides my home cooked steak),,it absolutely wonderful, it melted in my mouth, cooked perfectly, and the seasoning was fantastic,, thank you for an amazing experience even though it was take out lol, we LOVED the food, hubby and I are coming in tonight for belated Valentine’s day,, can’t wait!!!!!!?

That Mopey Burger was really good and the atmosphere was friendly. The waitress was very busy but still took very good care of my table. A really good value for the size and portions served. The sweet tea is just about perfect for me. I will be going back again for sure.
