I wonder if this place is purposely trying to earn a visit from Gordon Ramsey and thus the reason why the food is the way it is. The food is out of this world! It should be illegal to serve such items.

For me to leave a review it usually takes an impressive, or an awful experience. For me this comes to the latter of the two. To put it politely this is the worst excuse for pho I have ever eaten. The broth was awful it tasted like lightly seasoned ginger dish water. The noodles served par cooked and ice cold were terrible the chicken itself while also served cold tasted like rotisserie chicken that was left to go stale in the refrigerator. The greens were pathetic and unsightly. I also tried the crab cheese wontons while not terrible flavor they had little to no filling. I will not ever spend money on this pho again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

The other 1 star reviews have appropriately rated the broths, spring “rolls” that are more of someone throwing stuff in some rice paper and then carelessly folding it. Broth was incredibly bland. The chef claims to follow “French” techniques, which makes little sense as it’s Vietnamese recipe (and I am A retired Chef) also claims to refuse to use MSG, and GMO bones, as well as maintain low sodium.

The other reviewers here were absolutely correct. My pho tasted like watered down ginger dish water. No flavor whatsoever. This was my first time trying pho and I don’t know that I’ll ever be able to do it again. Not to mention it was a fortune! Extremely annoying!!
