We were greeted by friendly staff the moment we walked in. We ordered the Italian sub on traditional bread. It was delicious and everything I love about Italian subs. Will come back every time I’m back up to visit family and the Red Sox!

Where to start. We will go from smallest to largest infractions here. I ordered the antipasto salad. The homemade vinaigrette was bland and was begging for a bit more vinegar, forgivable. The Calabrian chili wings had a great sauce but were severely over cooked leaving the chicken chewy and hard to swallow. Lastly there is nothing more disappointing than a bad Italian. I had such high hopes of finally finding a good sub, only to be disheartened once again. The meager portion of meat was overwhelmed by the bland lettuce which I can only assume was dressed with the same vinaigrette as the salad. Out of both curiosity and disbelief I went to the instagram page to see if I could find a picture of their Italian and what I saw was not the sandwich received. Unforgivable.

My partner and I were honestly amazed at the issues from ordering a single Italian sub here. The wait for a single cold sandwich was 25+ minutes, which from the other reviews here, sounds like it could have been even worse. When I finally walked up to the counter, before I even had the chance to say something, the employee said “Elijah, by chance?” and then handed me the sandwich I ordered after it sit behind the counter for who knows how long.

Got the Funghi half roman. I liked the cook on the mushrooms. Crust was crispy and a bit doughy. Took a star off because the sauce was much more bland than I thought it’d be. I had a bite of just crust and sauce and I could only tell there was sauce because of the texture. Beware if you’re getting a pie without toppings where the sauce needs to pull more weight. Overall, pretty good. Not where I’d go if I needed to impress, but not bad if I’m in the mood. Just pretty good. 3.5/5

Ordered lasagna and pesto sub, lasagna was watery and bland, pesto was dry and lacked flavor. (This is edited. You can see they told me to email them but they never respond. I think it’s just to make them look better.

One of the best experiences ordering at a restaurant I’ve ever had. We ordered a large order for 17 different people with 17 different items. management was fantastic. Highly recommend them in all aspects. The manager also called on several different occasions to make sure that the order was processed correctly and delivered. If I could give more than five stars, I would thank you.

Horrible customer service. The girl never looked up from her phone to great is, I had to ask her if I can order. I proceeded to order and she still was talking on FaceTime with someone. My order was placed, but no one was in the kitchen.after 7min (yes I counted) I asked her if my order was coming. She turned around and seen no one back there so she yelled to someone to come. I found this place from Tik Tok, and was in town from Floridaso I was dieing to try them but I should of left them right there. Was going to sit down but literally all the tables had crumbs on them. The mozzarella sticks was decent, the eggplant parm lacked flavor. Overall disappointed
