Great waiter(Nick), good drinks! Terrible owner/manager! We asked for the air conditioner, big party ordering food and plenty of drinks .. they turned off the AC at the end of our lunch. We could’ve stayed longer and ordered more drinks. We left because of the rudeness of the manager and it became warm. We were practically the only table left full After the lunch rush. The food was subpar. The salad looked good but, it wasn’t.

Not a deluxe restaurant but a good neighborhood seafood restaurant by the water. Their soup was excellent the half beef PoBoy good flavor, needed a touch of salt, juicy meat so bread got soggy. Good service. I would like to go back and try other dishes. All in all a chill place for a nice meal.

Our first visit in several years….late lunch so they had very few customers at the time. Really enjoyed sitting outside with a view of the river. Service was good and the fried seafood platter with soft shell crab and the shrimp poboy were very good. My tuna was disappointingly over cooked so it was really dry and bland… didn’t finish it. Green beans were well seasoned and delicious.

Don’t even bother giving this establishment your money. First off the food it’s awful; at first I didn’t think a restaurant could mess up boiled shrimp, but lord was I wrong. They were extremely under seasoned, very hard to peel and on top of that they are $24 a pound which is ridiculous. The catfish and fries are extremely bland and unseasoned, food takes forever to come out, and the red beans and rice tasted like they’ve been sitting out for a while. The place is ran by young under trained teens who sit around the restaurant while you’re trying to eat, a constantly drunk owner who yells at her employees while you’re trying to enjoy a meal, and the Managers are awful and quite honestly just for show. The few times I’ve visited this place it wasn’t well taken care of… Food on the floor, bathrooms a mess, owner yelling, music too loud, barley any a/c and terrible food / service. I’ve known plenty of people who have worked here, and it’s not worth wasting your time. The employees get treated terribly by the owner and she is a selfish, uncaring women with a terrible attitude even toward her customers. Any other seafood restaurant in the area is way better and offers way better service and atmosphere. Orlando’s, T Rivers, Abita Roasting… the list goes on. Don’t bother going to this restaurant

My husband and I just wanted to say this place does not disappoint. I couldn’t say what was better the service or the food . We found this place by accident and wasn’t sure how we would like the food but this was the best oysters and crab we have ever eaten . Our waiter Taylor and the busboy Perry was over the top best service we have ever experienced. I just really truly wanted to recognize these guys . Thank you so much .

The staff is certainly friendly, although a bit confused about which server is helping where because we got asked twice on everything after we sat down. Quick service and I would far rather be over helped than under helped.
