OMG!!! DELISH DELISH DELISH!!!!! We were celebrating my 60th birthday. My husband and I spilt the chopped salad. Omg so good!!! We each had the filet. Cooked yo perfection! I swear you could cut it with the fork. We shared a loaded baked potato! Best baked potato I have ever had!! Omg I almost forgot the fresh hot bread! Made my eyes roll back in my head! I ordered the crem Brule and my husband ordered the chocolate cake! I swear it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Our compliments to our server Dave and to the OUTSTANDING CHEFS!!! Thank you all for the best 60th dinner we could have ever had!!!

We had a wonderful evening at Morton’s today! Courtney provided impeccable service and delightful conversation. We started with the complementary bread fresh from the oven and whipped butter— so delicious! The Baked 5 Onion Soup was the best and most flavorful we’ve had in a long while, and we order onion soup frequently. We shared the beautifully presented Grand Ocean Platter. The seafood was very fresh and prepared to perfection. Our grilled asparagus were perfectly cooked. The Strawberry Brûlée Cheesecake exceeded our expectations! The other desserts were very tempting, but since the cheesecake was a seasonal dessert, it won out, and we were so happy that we chose it. We’ll definitely return, and we hope Courtney will be our server again. We highly recommend this experience!

Absolutely lovely atmosphere. Romantic, and the staff makes you feel like you are the most important customer in the building. Food was incredible as well. Mark, our waiter, was very knowledgeable of the menu, food/drink pairings, and made us feel right at home. 10/10 service, food, and atmosphere.

Over the years, we’ve had the good fortune to dine at a lot of fantastic steakhouses, but the Capital Grille consistently delivers! We were commemorating our anniversary at the time. Our server asked us if we were celebrating an occasion when we were seated (as they normally do), even though we hadn’t mentioned it in advance. She quickly returned with champagne and table decorations. The manager came by to wish us happy anniversary and chat while we were eating, and they provided a very delicious dessert sampling after dinner. Despite being quite crowded, they still provide this level of service and consideration, which distinguishes the Capital Grille and makes it our preferred steakhouse.

I’ve eaten at Gordon Ramsey’s London restaurant in New York and I enjoyed the food at Morton’s much more. Everything had so much flavor. The chefs did an amazing job and our server was extremely pleasant. This restaurant definitely is among the top of my list of restaurants I’ve been to in the Tri-state area.

The accuracy in detail around the restaurant is amazing. Me being a cook, absolutely love the open kitchen. My steak was absolutely amazing. The au gratin potatoes were divine. My bone in rib eye absolutely melted in my mouth with the topping of truffle butter.
