First tried Mo’s at a Fourth of July party. His ribs were so good I had to ask the host where he got them from. He said, “Mo’S”. Went this weekend to get ribs for me and a brisket sandwich for each of my son’s. The food did NOT disappoint. The ribs were fall off the bone juicy and delicious. The boys loved the brisket sandwiches which Mo literally cut off the brisket to make them while I stood there. Best BBQ I have had in this area. Will definitely be going again. Highly recommend you give Mo’s a try. FYI: this is not a restaurant. It is a food truck but that fact doesn’t make the food any less yummy. He had a restaurant at one time but then COVID hit and we all know how that was for some small business owners. Don’t let the fact that it is a food truck dissuade you. The food, and Mo, are wonderful!!!

Well well. People this is a sub par barbecue joint. Bring out the smoker. We want to smell the bq smoke. Somebody forgot the RUB aka seasoning!!! We want to see the food cooking on the grill. .Very disappointed!!!

Was in the area and wanted ribs, but my favorite spot did not have a location in Gaithersburg. So, I googled and saw this place and decided to give it a shot. Big mistake… ribs, potato salad, and baked beans were all tasteless.

I wish I would have gotten a photo of the food. It was so delicious. I got the Kielbasa Sandwich with a side of baked beans. I have been searching for a good bbq spot since moving to Maryland. This will be my new go to place for sure. Friendly owner too.

My favorite BBQ place in the extended area, I literally always stop by when I’m local! Mo had been working with BBQ for decades now and it shows! Every single thing on the menu is mouth-wateringly delicious. Special shout out to the bbq beans and the brisket.

I’ve been going to Mo’s for a while (over 2 years now) and he’s a very friendly man! He has affordable sandwiches and my favorite is the Kielbasa sandwich with the spicy bbq sauce! Never regretted the food choices. He got pulled chicken, pulled pork, and kielbasa sandwiches. Along with them, you can get ribs or brisket. And as sides, you can have coleslaw, potato salad, and baked beans. If you’re on your break or don’t feel like cooking tonight, head over to him!

Went for my second time a few days ago. First time tried the brisket, which is what I usually order at BBQ restaurants, and wasn’t super impressed. This time I had the chicken sandwich with spicy bbq sauce, it was pretty great. They BBQ the whole chicken and then pick it for your order, which was what convinced me to give it a try. I also appreciate the very convenient location.

This is far and away the worst BBQ I have ever had. It was hardly edible. We had the brisket and pulled pork sandwiches as well as the ribs, none of which had any flavor. The meat was drenched in untasty bbq sauce, the sandwiches fell apart and the beans were completely cold. I honestly didn’t believe there was bbq this bad in the Unites States…
