I spoke with the staff at the Belvidere location and had a special pick up request. I needed a stuffed pie ready for an early pick up and they made it so my dad could bring the pie 3.5 hours north where there is no place to get one. I appreciate what they did to make this happen

They made a mistake on my address, happens all the time, my address is confusing sometimes. The lady who answered the phone was so apologetic and sweet and the delivery driver was just the nicest guy ever. He was so sorry I almost hugged him lol. The pizza was perfect and I got gifted one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. I was 100% happy with how everything was handled.

We ordered on 2/3/23 we got a bbq chicken pizza and an Italian roast beef. First of all my moms sandwich was disgusting and the fires were cold and soggy and weren’t even done. The pizza wasn’t the best. All 3 of us got sick. I will never order from there again.
