I had seen this place on Instagram, and I had wanted to go in when I saw it. When I did, the owner and I recognized each other since I had helped him out where I work. The owner was very friendly and the atmosphere was very nice. The drinks were out of this world AMAZING. Will return again

All I can say is wow. We had the caramel frappe and all three of us really liked it. The flavor was on point and it wasn’t like drinking a sugar bomb. Definitely want to try some of their other drinks and food too. Thanks Mount Dora Nutrition for opening up and offering healthy food and drink options… something sorely missing in Mount Dora.

Absolutely love this place! I’ve already been here twice in a week haha. I just moved to Mount Dora and I’m so happy to see businesses like this one popping up. I promise you’ll meet the sweetest owners! Thank you for being so welcoming! Everything is delicious. Next time you want to try something new (and healthy) that’s not your usual Starbucks order, I highly recommend this place! The Very Berry & El Jefe are both delicious and will be sure to curb your hunger!

This place is so fresh clean and beautiful. I have beeen to multiple nutrition places and by far this one in florida is my favorite! The food smells and looks amazing and is such a great healthy treat! If you need your multiple lift offs a day like me this is the place to go !!!
