This place, its food, and its people were a major highlight of our trip from NYC. Boozy milkshakes (we had the key lime and peach shakes) were amazing to the point where the key lime shake just tasted like sticking a straw into a pie! The pizza we custom made to order came out absolutely delicious, and that’s coming from someone who’s been eating NYC pizza his whole life. Also, the pretzels and cheese bread were dope!

We visited Collbran today from Fruita to try out a Mountain High Pie and they didn’t let us down. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great! They offer a good assortment of food and drinks, from pizza, to root beer floats, to liquor drinks. We had a Pepperoni pizza with double pepperoni and cream cheese added, it was perfect! The pepperoni had a wonderful crisp to it and the pizza crust was just right.

I am in LOVE with this pizza and their shakes I think I could live on forever. Everything tastes fresh, homemade and balanced. My favorite pizza so far is the Queen of Hearts and shake is Peach maple. Their shakes can be boozy or virgin but either one tastes amazing. If you live even an hour away, it is well worth the drive. The service is friendly and warm. Very clean and well managed. Can’t wait to go back!

The owner was amazingly friendly and great with both the adults and the kids in our group. I can’t say enough about the great service and kindness she provided. The food was amazing and completely worth the drive from the Grand Junction! We had appetizers and two types of pizza that were probably the best I’ve had in ages. The space itself has a cute little inside eating area and a great outdoor patio. It’s a great little gem!

We can only say good things about this place. We came from Junction and got a ton of food as well as a boozy milkshake and our only regret is we didn’t get more! The pizza was delicious fresh but just as good heated back up for those with a decent drive. It was also so fun to play connect four while we waited! Not to mention the staff was very caring and compassionate. They really made our day!
