Asked for no contact delivery and was never called to let us know pizza was outside so it was cold when we heard the kids outside open the door and there was the pizza. Pizza looked like they just threw it in the box. I know this is a busy day but this is unacceptable. For price we paid expected better service. Will not be ordering from here again, just sad.

Customer service is a hit-and-miss. I put up with it since I like their pizzas. However, this time around, I ordered through DoorDash and was extremely disappointed with the low amount of toppings given. I can understand if I’m paying 7 bucks for a pizza… not $17 plus the DoorDash tip. This place it just too inconsistent for me and probably the last time I will order from here.

Great customer service. I was taking my time ordering; the guy with the turban was patience with me and gave me good recommendations on what I needed. Pizza was delicious while kids was playing and finishing all the gumbo/ candy machines . Kids were overwhelmed after dr’s visit; but mood changes ones we got in.

Ordered a LARGE McKinley and wings and I got a pizza that was literally just dough and pepperoni. I paid $40+. Plus tip and when the driver came to deliver the pizza I was going to tip again glad I didn’t. Not mad, I am curious though; what happened?.

I waited 50 minutes for my order when the told me 20 minutes. I got up to check on the order and they hadn’t even got to it. I am definitely not coming to any of the Mountain Mike’s in Madera. The quality of them has significantly gone downhill since they 1st opened. For the price you pay you would think it would be top quality food and service.
