Just received my order had 2 pizzas and 6 marinara sauces, well when the male driver came he gave me my pizzas and insisted the sauces were in my pizza boxes…..nope. He said this probably knowing he didn’t grab them because he took off super fast. Called the store and the lady told me she couldn’t get my sauces out to me till 45 minutes later, asked for a refund on the sauces, so we will see if I get my money back. If this place does business like this then this place needs to close down permanently.

Pizza was OK. Cleveland location much better pizza. Service was OK, however when I tried to order a bottled beer, literally no one knew how to ring it up, so that was embarrassing. Staff didn’t even know they had bottled beer and it was in a glass door cooler behind them. The look of shock was quite funny. Salad bar was bad, lettuce was old and bar itself was in disarray. Small location and awkward party room location. Restaurant was not super clean, but not super dirty. I would opt to go to the Cleveland location instead of this one.

I ordered my pizza at 7:55 pm on my email it said it would be delivered by 8:40. I called at 9pm and asked where my pizza was and they said it was coming out of the oven at that moment. So I said ok sounds good thank you! Here it is 9:30 and my pizza is still not delivered. So I call back and they said it was out for delivery I finally got my pizza at 9:45. It took almost 2 hours to receive my pizza I always order here and never have problems my kids were starving. Not satisfied at all. None of the employees even apologized for the inconvenience very rude.

Seems like they got new owners and ever since that seems to have just went downhill. Horrible service pizza comes out burnt just horrible over all. We used to order every Friday now not anymore they lost a customer for sure.
