I went here instead of Ay Caramba for a change. Driving home from Moss Landing. The women at the counter was not pleasant at all. She tried to overcharge me by $2 saying the small is $16.99. I said no and pointed to the menu $14.99. Never apologized or said thank you. I have a walker and they didn’t even bring my food out to me. I said to-go but will eat some here. It was noisy and I never heard my name called. Up at the counter one guy passed me and I said my name. He ignored it, another guy approached, not sure why they didn’t ask if they could help me, I said my name again, no response back, but he did get and bring me the pizza. The good food makes up a little for the poor service.

I will not be returning to this business again. First when entering, the girl at the counter did not have a friendly face, second she was letting you know if you are there after 8pm that they close at 9pm. Mind you, we got there at 815pm. Yet, she still took our money and let us order our pizzas and beer. We were there to celebrate my nieces senior night and nephews last soccer game and went there to our local family establishment to enjoy a bite to eat with family and the kids. The whole time we were sitting and eating, the kitchen staff was throwing things around in the back and making it very uncomfortable for everyone with our party. The rest of the party showed up 15 minutes after and they were told that they could not join us even after the fact we had already spent close to $300.00 worth for food and beverages. We finished our meal and we where walking out with all the kids about 915pm and the employees female and male both continued to be disrespectful and rude as we Where walking out.

This is a buffet style place with an all you can eat salad bar. I really enjoyed how they thinly slice their veggies for the salad bar. I came towards the end of the lunch buffet so not really crazy about the pizza. Although the girl asked me if I wanted any freshly made pizzas which I thought was great customer service. I refused because I wasn’t that hungry lol. I also like that they have games for entertainment, super cool. Nothing major but still fun for the little ones.

The pizza is great. The service was horrible. I ordered 4 pizzas and when I picked up the order I asked for peppers and ranch. They brought 2 of each. When I asked for more I got the look. Then when they got me 2 more peppers they dropped them on the floor picked them up and gave the peppers to me. Obviously he assured me that they were fine when he handed them to me. 3 stars because the pizza is good. 0 stars for service.

Delivery “Promise time” of 7:04pm currently 7:30pm still waiting for the pizza to be delivered. Girl on the other line was at a “call center” so she couldn’t say why the delivery is so late and couldn’t offer a solution. Why have a promise time if you can’t honor it or have an appropriate explanation for the paying customer? Horrible
