This Marina Mountain Mike’s Pizza is the filthiest and most run down restaurant I have been in this entire year. ( 2023 ) This restaurant was so disgustingly repulsive and vile and I think the owner should be ashamed of himself for allowing these disgusting conditions. The booths were in deplorable condition with torn seats and garbage left under the tables. The carpet looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There were also table that the staff had not cleaned. Just a terrible atmosphere. I had the lunch buffet which is pizza and the salad bar. What an absolute RIPOFF and total waste of money. The pizza variety was limited and what was available just wasn’t good. The pie crust was like cardboard and the taste was awful. The toppings on the pizza were poor quality using old ingredients. The salad bar was not kept up and some items were empty and not being refilled. I have given Mountain Mike’s three tries now since the new owner took over and as they say in baseball You’re out!! Definitely won’t be returning. One more thing that I really didn’t appreciate was hearing the owner using profanity which I didn’t appreciate. Not an appropriate environment for children.

OMG what an absolute disgrace to the Mountain Mike’s pizza chain. This location is so dirty. The restaurant looks as if it has not been cleaned in months. Dirty carpet and floors and tables left with food and dishes. The bathroom is worse than a portable potty. Filthy and dirty is an understatement. Looks as if this restaurant never gets cleaned.

First time I ordered food from here. Talk to staff understood that they are the only ones delivering in this area because other pizza place is close. But they were hour late and forgot my boneless chicken wings that’s $8.99. I have tried calling and emailing back to inquire about possibly delivering the missing item or getting credit back for My chicken wings that I did not receive. I paid for extra artichokes but they gave me more black olives instead. Got forward to voicemail nobody’s picking up. I am not happy about the situation because it was about $75 total with the tip included.

We have been coming to this location for years and love this place. However as of recently the pizza hasn’t been consistent. The dough is very doughy if that makes since. Too thick and undercooked. Tonight we decided to give it a try and unfortunately it didnt hit the same as it has in the past. I love the flavor and the customer service, But consistency is lacking in a major way. We need for you guys to see this as a opportunity to look at this review and correct quality control. Day and night time crew should be be trained on quality equally.

NEVER order for delivery from here. Had stopped ordering pizza from Mountain Mikes in Marina 2 years ago because of the constantly delayed delivery with every order. Decided to give them a try 2 years later. Something must had changed since then, right? Wrong! 1 hour and 30 minutes later, nothing. Called store for a delivery status and was told 30 more minutes because they were waiting on the delivery person to arrive. I asked if I can just pick it up (I live 10 minutes away), and they refused and said the pizza is out for delivery already. What? Was the pizza even made?

Been almost 22 years since I have been here and it was a pleasant surprise to see the place still going. The pizza was great and hella fresh. Wife loved the McKinley or whatever its called. Pizza came out hot and brought back that nostalgic feeling of little league soccer games and weekends during school playing in the game room tossing quarters into mortal kombat. The place was a little quiet and didn’t have any background music but that’s more of a personal preference rather than a negative on their part. Staff was nice and friendly, pizza was delicious and I reccomend people to give this place a try if you like fresh tasting , hot, crispy crust, flavorful goodness.

While visiting Monterey, my friends & I ordered online. I placed an order for 2 pizzas & a dessert pizza at 4:30pm & asked for delivery at 6. I received a confirmation with a promised delivery time of 6:05pm. At 6:30 I called to check the status of our order & was told they had not even started fixing it yet. They said they were busy but would start the order right away. When I asked how much longer, I was told it would be at least another 45 minutes. My friends were hungry, so I canceled the order & asked that they process an immediate refund of my credit card. We went out for dinner at another place close to our resort. I was shocked that ordering early & planning ahead made no difference with our order. If they don’t intend to honor their delivery promises, they should not offer the service. I also asked for confirmation of my refund via email, but never received it. I cannot recommend this place at all. They obviously don’t prioritize orders by time.
