It shouldn’t take 45 minutes past promised time for delivery of a pizza, within my 2 calls women employee stated driver already en route to my home but half hr later never came. I asked if i could cancel & she stated she will check on it & hung up on me. She did reverse the charges, that’s the only good thing. What happened Mountain Mike’s, not sure if we will do business with you again.

Today 7/7/23, our experience was not at all good! We went for the pizza lunch buffet. Arrived at 12:30pm, noticed that there were 2 other customers, with no pizza under buffet warmers!! Salad bar had just the necessary items, no more. A team member stated that they no longer make pizzas ahead and only will when requested, so we requested a combination. The other person requested a pepperoni and it came out within a few minutes (person who requested said he too had made a request when they came in 20 minutes earlier). He was not happy about waiting and not having a variety like he was used to. My wife and I tried to find a clean table without a divot in upholstery seat. The combination pizza was small and did not have much on it and was just ok. When requesting another pizza from the manager, he said, “we don’t put out additional pizzas until the pizza that was initially put out is gone!!

This is how my pizza arrived . I called to complain and was told that there was no manager on duty and I had to wait for the driver to return to get resolution. Since I was unable to get resolution then this should wake someone up……I even asked for the name of the owner and couldn’t even get that Ridiculous!!!!

I love this Somersville location! We’ve been going here now for about a year and a half and the staff is always super friendly! They always remember us and let us know of any good coupons or deals! And the pizza is always made fresh and their timing is literally perfect. No complaints here for this location.
