She pretended like she couldn’t hear us and asked for our ZIP code like three times. I called The restaurant 8/12/23 again she She answered the phone. When I gave her all of the information she did not take responsibility at all,she was rude, and said that she would have the manager call me. All I asked for her to do was to reimburse the amount that was double charged to the credit card? She did not take responsibility for her wrong doing.
