I used to order from the Brentwood store cause I worked near there. Loved it there, customer service, product quality, and cleanliness of the store. I decided to try this place closer to my home. So far the product have been pretty good but the pizza isn’t as full as the other store, lighter. And after spending $56 for the pizzas they got the nerve to charge me 50 cent for some ranch. It’s not about the money but it’s the principle. I turned it down but I think I will travel further for better everything

I’ve been eating here since they opened. Now the owners have changed the crusty on the pizza to a thin Naan like crust. It’s like cardboard. So tough, so hard and very tasteless. Last night was my last night ordering there. NEVER AGAIN. Back to round table it is. I like soft dough crusty crust, that’s soft to pull apart. No more cracker crust for me. Yuck .

I’m traveling cross country, I love trying and rating Pizza. I’d give this a solid 6 out of 10. I think the dough is Frozen but it’s very crispy and not heavy. Visuals it looks amazing. A lot of extra cheese is what I like. Sauce ain’t bad might need a little salt. Overall not a disappointment, amazing customer service too. I picked this over Domino’s any day

I order from this location a lot. I always have it delivered. But today I picked it up myself. I used the restroom while I was waiting and OMG I was shocked! It was the absolute most disgusting restroom I have ever been in. I work construction and use Porta potties daily… This restaurant’s restroom was worse! The smell of urine , the brown water…I’ll never order from there again. Which sucks because the pizza is great. But if they can’t maintain their restrooms, I don’t trust that they maintain their kitchen. There is absolutely no reason for their restroom to be in that type of condition. It’s so bad I’m thinking I need to contact their corporate office.

I ordered several times from this location’ But the last time i placed an online order at 9 am knowing it wont be delivered till about noon or later. At 11 am i went to my garage to move boxes around and my garage door was open so i can see the delivery person. 12:30 came and no delivery. I checked my phone and saw they had called so I called back. When i called i was told that my order had been cancelled because they had no delivery driver. And that my refund was going to take 2 days to get back to me. I asked if they can deliver later in the afternoon but i was just told again that my order was cancelled. They have good pizza and they are at higher price from others but i dont mind paying for good quality. Unfortunately I will never order again, they had the problem of having no driver to deliver and I was NOT given an option to get it delivered at a later time , nor for me to pick it up. The guy just said it the order was cancelled. I did not create the problem nor was I treated as a constant customer that I was. Good pizza but the customer means nothing to them as I told the guy that I was not happy and will go buy somewhere else. He just replied — go ahead is your choice

I live closer to the other mountain mike’s but I was never impressed very nice people but the pizza wasn’t nothing to review. We were at walmart seen the pizza parlor and what a difference even being a chain the pepperoni was perfectly cooked nice cashier, clean napkins and condiments .
