Stopped in and got the buffet (Tice Valley Blvd Location). Paid and the woman just walks off, doesnt give me plates, or drink cup. I wait, decide to go to the restroom and wash my hands thinking maybe she had to go get some from the back. Nope. Get back out to the counter,. nobody around. Guy making the pizza comes in from outside so I let him know that I paid for the buffet and she didnt give me any plates. I was the only customer in there at the time. Finish and leave as the only customer there, not even a “thank you or have a good day on my way out”. Will probably stick to the Ygnacio Valley Rd location.

We went there for lunch There were 2 other people in there and one guy behind the counter and 1 guy in the kitchen that I ordered 2 buffets and a salad bar went to sit down how to clean off the table look around all the other tables were dirty too went to get silverware every piece of silverware was greasy and Dirty I don’t know if they have a specific rule which if they do they should tell you when you order the buffet that when they run out of pizza they just don’t put out anymore And a gluten free option would be nice

Girl with attitude at counter should be replaced. I have been here 3 times ….wanted to give her a chance… could’ve been a bad day but all 3 days were bad. Will go to Danville location instead of spending my money with her as employee! I see I’m not the only one who thinks so. Check yelp

The hours say is 10am t0 9pm, ordered a pizza, got there at 1040am, salad bar not ready, chairs still up, rugs still folded on the floor, and the lady kept talking on the phone thru her Bluetooth. No friendly at all.
