Mountain Mike’s is the most delicious pizza in the valley, point blank. BUT all of their restaurants are struggling, in my opinion. This particular location irritated me because my 7 year old put quarters in the machine, but it didn’t let him play. He told the employee and she gave him a refund and told him not to play that machine again because if it takes his quarters then she can’t do another refund. The reason she can’t give a refund is because the machines don’t belong to Mountain Mike’s. Ok, fine. So he goes to a sticker machine and that machine does the same thing. So he goes to the employee and tells her and she’s basically like I told you so. I heard her telling my son she couldn’t give him a refund because she already warned him not to play that game. I told her that’s not what she had said. I told her he didn’t play a game, he went to the sticker machine. She still stuck by it and said she couldn’t give him a refund. At that point, she should’ve put a sign on the machine saying ‘out of order’, but she didn’t. So kids are just going to keep wasting their money. We went to this location specifically because it’s the location with the most arcade games, which my son loves. So that was a bummer. If they are gonna have vendors in their establishment, then they should be reliable ones.

Not sure if it’s under new management but lately the wait times have been crazy I order a pizza and I’m told 45 minutes I get the location and it hasn’t even been put in oven! Also I have received pizzas that were under cooked my nbr one pet peeve is hair in food and yes I had a very long half blond hair in my slice hopefully it gets better and now they charge for ranch! Ugh

I really enjoy this location for the rom in the back that can accommodate about 30+ people. I held my after season celebration here for my team, and there is so much to do for the kids and nice open area for parents to hang out and chat. The food is great! Salad bar has nice mix of healthy & not so healthy choices, and staff is well trained and kind. Angela runs a great crew here! I will definitely be back!

Don’t go by the pans on the wall when deciding what size u want. The pans on the wall are way smaller then the size of pizza you actually get. Those things are humongous. And tasty if I may add

My husband & I wanted pizza. But just a light lunch. It’s the perfect lunch 2 share The with someone. The mini pizza & salad bar with a drink. Mountain Mike’s has a great salad bar. It’s the perfect light lunch. & It’s reasonably priced. We’ll definitely be going back again for lunch. Or for a light dinner.

I was told 25 minutes for my pizza and waited. At the 45 minute mark I went to check on my pizza and was ignored by front counter while they carried on their conversations for about 5 minutes. It seemed a hassle to them for me to ask how much longer. They weren’t too busy to attend to us, because there wasn’t anyone in the restaurant. They seemed annoyed to check on the pizza. I had to ask well can you check. I sat here and watched half my food get cold in the window while it took them the other 35 minutes to make the rest of the food. $50 for for warm breadstick, cold pizza and cold wings. Meanwhile the manager sat in the back creating a schedule, being on his phone and seemed unbothered by the lack of quality in customer service and seemed fine with employees carrying on with their personal conversations and making customers wait for them to be done
